DPS Charter Member, Irene Stemple, passed away in early January. She was an avid contributor to paleontology and an aggressive collector.

A few months ago a yard sale was held to give hundreds of Irene’s more common fossils new homes.

Now, a LIVE AUCTION is planned for several dozen of the most valuable pieces from her collections (see attached list of items).

A SILENT AUCTION of about 50 items will be held concurrently for the next level of Irene’s quality fossils.

The live auction will start at 2PM. Doors will open at 1PM for a preview of the live auction items and the silent auction begins.
