Membership Benefits

Benefits include fossil collecting Field Trips, our monthly newsletter The Fossil Record, and workshops. Additionally, the DPS has a series of Occasional Papers authored by members. After you have joined when an Occasional Papers is published, one free copy will be available to you. Occasional Papers published before you join can be purchased through the at the regular meetings. (Volume 1 is available as a free PDF upon request.) Privileges also include participation on paleontological digs. 

Who we are

The DPS is a group of professional and amateur paleontologists that want to exchange information, interact, and continue their education in paleontology.  We meet once a month on the second Wednesday evening of the month at Brookhaven College, Building H.
