Earth Day Texas Festival at Fair Park

  • Fri, April 21, 2017
  • Sun, April 23, 2017
  • Fair Park, Dallas, TX

From April 21 through 23 (Friday through Sunday), the DPS will be exhibiting at Earth Day Texas at Fair Park.  This free event has grown huge, attracting over 700 exhibitors and 130,000 attendees last year.  I will act as coordinator for this event, and I need lots of volunteers to help man our table for each of the three days.

Email me at programs@dallaspaleo.org with when you can help at the table.  We will be able to sell merchandise and give away fossils, and we will reach a whole new audience of people who enjoy the outdoors and are interested in nature.

Who we are

The DPS is a group of professional and amateur paleontologists that want to exchange information, interact, and continue their education in paleontology.  We meet once a month on the second Wednesday evening of the month at Brookhaven College, Building H.
